Welcome to Kraxo ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe environment for all users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Kraxo (the "App").

Important: By using Kraxo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you are under 18, please do not use this App.

3. Permissions and Device Access

Kraxo requests the following permissions to provide core functionality:

• Camera: To capture photos and videos for shot cards, play recordings, and create content directly from the court. This enables you to document your basketball moments and share them with the community.
• Photo Library: To access and select images from your device for profile avatars, shot cards, and sharing your basketball portfolio. We also request permission to save generated content (shot cards, play doodles, run posters) to your photo library.
• Microphone: To record audio commentary for shot cards and relay challenges, allowing you to add voice notes and share basketball insights with the community.
• Network: To connect to our servers, load content, sync your data, and enable social features. This includes downloading images, uploading your content, and accessing community features.

You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time. Note that disabling certain permissions may limit App functionality.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• To personalize your experience and show you relevant content
• To enable social features, including sharing content and connecting with other users
• To moderate content and enforce our Community Guidelines

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Community Guidelines

Kraxo is a community-driven platform where users can create and share basketball-related content. We take content moderation seriously to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

5.1 Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, or sharing any content that includes:

• Sexual or Explicit Content: Nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, or any content of a sexual nature
• Violence and Graphic Content: Violent, gory, disturbing, or graphic content that may cause distress or harm to viewers
• Gambling: Content promoting gambling, betting, or any form of wagering activities
• Illegal Substances: Content depicting, promoting, or related to drugs, narcotics, or illegal substances
• Political Content: Political campaigns, endorsements, or politically charged content that may create division
• Discrimination and Hate Speech: Content that discriminates against, harasses, or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Harassment and Bullying: Content that harasses, threatens, or bullies other users
• Spam and Misleading Content: Spam, scams, or misleading information
• Copyright Infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights

5.2 Content Moderation

• We use automated systems and human moderators to review reported content
• Users can report inappropriate content through the in-app reporting feature
• Violations may result in content removal, account warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service

5.3 Your Rights Regarding UGC

• You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App
• You can delete your content at any time through the App
• Deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period for technical and legal purposes
