Welcome to Kraxo Support

Thank you for using Kraxo! We're here to help you get the most out of your basketball community experience. This support page provides answers to common questions and guidance on using the App's features.

Getting Started

Kraxo is a basketball community app designed for users aged 18 and older. The App allows you to create shot cards, participate in relay challenges, design play doodles, organize run posters, and connect with other basketball enthusiasts.

App Permissions

Kraxo requires certain permissions to provide full functionality. Here's what each permission is used for:

Camera Permission
The camera permission allows you to capture photos and videos directly within the App. This is essential for creating shot cards, recording play sessions, and documenting your basketball moments on the court. Without this permission, you won't be able to take photos or videos directly in the App, though you can still select images from your photo library.
Photo Library Permission
Photo library access enables you to select existing photos from your device for use as profile avatars, shot card images, and sharing your basketball portfolio. Additionally, we request permission to save your generated content (shot cards, play doodles, run posters) to your photo library so you can share them outside the App. You can manage this permission in your device settings.
Microphone Permission
The microphone permission allows you to record audio commentary for your shot cards and relay challenges. This feature lets you add voice notes, share basketball insights, and provide context to your content. Audio recordings are only captured when you explicitly choose to record, and you can disable this permission at any time in your device settings.
Network Permission
Network access is required to connect to our servers, load community content, sync your data across devices, and enable social features. This includes downloading images, uploading your content, accessing the feed, and connecting with other users. The App requires an internet connection to function properly.

Managing Permissions

You can manage App permissions at any time through your device settings:

Common Questions

How do I create a shot card?
Navigate to the "Start" tab, tap on "ShotCard," adjust your stats using the sliders, select a template, and tap "Generate." Your shot card will be created and can be shared with the community.
How do I edit my profile?
Go to the "Me" tab, tap the edit button (pencil icon) on your profile card. From there, you can change your avatar by tapping the avatar button and selecting an image from your photo library, and update your nickname in the text field. Remember to save your changes.
How do I report inappropriate content?
If you encounter content that violates our Community Guidelines, tap the "More" button (three dots) on any content item or detail page. Select "Report" from the menu, describe the issue, and submit your report. Our moderation team will review it promptly.
How do I block a user?
Tap the "More" button on any content item or user profile, then select "Block." Confirm the action, and that user's content will be hidden from your feed. You can manage your blocked list in Settings → Blocked List.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account by going to Settings → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data, content, and account information. Please note that this cannot be undone.
Why can't I see certain content?
Content may be hidden if: (1) the creator has been blocked by you, (2) the content violates our Community Guidelines and has been removed, (3) there's a network connectivity issue, or (4) the content has been deleted by the creator.
How do I share my content outside the App?
For PlayDoodle creations, use the "Share" button to access your device's sharing options. For other content, you can save images to your photo library (if photo library permissions are enabled) and share them through other apps.
